Kingdom Development Celebrates Groundbreaking of The Bull Tower
Designed to support a diverse range of households, The Bull Tower will feature 370 rental suites, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. The development will include 111 affordable rental homes, representing 30% of the total residential units, contributing to a more inclusive downtown neighbourhood.
With more than 35% of the suites designed to accommodate families and 62 barrier-free homes, the project reflects Kingdom’s commitment to creating housing options for residents with diverse needs and lifestyles.
The development will also feature approximately 16,500 square feet of indoor amenity space, thoughtfully designed to encourage connection, comfort, and community among residents.
A Commitment to Sustainable Urban Development
Sustainability is a key part of The Bull Tower’s vision. The project is designed to meet Tier 3 of the National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings (NECB) 2020, with energy-efficient building systems intended to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
Through features including water-source heat pumps, energy recovery ventilation, and high-efficiency mechanical systems, The Bull Tower is designed to support more sustainable urban living while contributing to Toronto’s long-term environmental goals.
A Shared Vision for Toronto’s Future
Jason Yang, CEO of Kingdom Development Inc., said: “The Bull Tower represents an important milestone in Kingdom’s commitment to creating high-quality rental homes in downtown Toronto.
